David phoned me within 10 minutes of my request being sent - on a Friday night! He travelled over an hour to get to me on Saturday afternoon, and did not treat me like a computer dummy at any time (even though I am). He fixed my computer problem very quickly and inexpensively, especially compared to some quotes I have had from my local computer techs. I cannot rate Nerds and David highly enough, and am telling all my friends and family and anyone else who will listen!

He took into account my level of knowledge and respected that instead of treating mr like I knew nothing. I very much appreciate that. Best of all, I was able to go on with my life while Jeremy worked remotely. He saved me huge amounts of time and headaches. I enjoy computers but virus removal is one of those things that I just cannot stand to deal with. It was a great relief to know there was someone who could do it for me.
